Pre-call and Post-call: |

An ABS technician will respond to service calls by phone within 1 hour after receipt of the call. Additionally, the technician will follow up with a post-service phone call to confirm customer satisfaction. |

We guarantee a four-hour average response time on equipment purchased from ABS, or we will pay one month’s maintenance bill. |

Guaranteed Uptime Performance: |

Your ABS equipment will be operational at 95% uptime (quarterly average), or we will provide a loaner system within 24 hours of request. |

Performance Commitment: |
|
We guarantee your equipment to perform to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of five years, or we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value at no charge. |

Guaranteed Service Loaner: |
