1. Guaranteed Performance: we guarantee the equipment to perform to manufactures specifications for five years or we will replace it with a like product at no charge.

2. Guaranteed Response Time: an ABS technician will respond by phone to a service call within 1hr. of receipt of the call. The technician will be onsite with 4 hrs.

3. Guaranteed Manufacturer Upgrades: we guarantee that all manufacturer firmware upgrades will be installed at no charge.
